- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Valipratellc, accessible from https://valipratellc.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, and appointed by you, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if prohibited by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
- If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
